Yet at the same time, it is definitely better than other blends like CR 12 or JW Black. I drink a lot of this at bars because it's cheap and enjoyable. Not like any of the big whisky names that I tried such as Maker’s Marks, JW’s Double Black Label, and Jack Daniels. This is pretty harsh by itself but with a little water added, it really reminds me of Glenfiddich 15/18 which of course makes sense because Glenfiddich is one of the sources.
